How Does The Program Work?

A) DIET:
The Fat Diminisher System first starts you on a weekly diet regimen, with your daily diet divided into three segments. The diet program fundamentally relies on 3 superfoods scientifically proven to melt fat very rapidly. This is something you consume twice everyday. The meal plans include plans that are both veg and non-veg. The diet plan is divided into 3 time segments:

1) 8 am-12pm: This segment begins with a fat diminishing drink that you have to drink in the morning. 3) 6 pm -9 pm : During this period, you have the freedom to eat a 3-course dinner of your choice according to the meal plans, eaten till the point of satisfaction, not over-stuffing. After that, it requires you to drink a specific type of commonly available wine which has very high anti-oxidant properties which serves your heart and also boosts your immune system. Right before going to bed, it reqwuires you to drink a glass of water followed by a glass of the fat diminshing drink you had in the morning. It also recommends sleeping half hour earlier to give your body more time to breakdown, digest and eliminate unwanted fats and acids that contribute to your excess fat in the body.

Cheat period: The dieting program allows for only one day - saturday- as a cheat period. On this day you can eat what you wish within reason. It provides you with fat free cheat desserts so that you get to eat sweet. The reason for these desserts is that if you deprive your body of sweets in the beginning you will eventually fall back into your old habits and gaing the lost weight right back.

Meal Plans: The meal plans that you have to follow in keeping with the three time segments narrated above are divided into a different meal combination each meal, everyday. Each day of the week, except Saturday which is the cheat day, you eat a different combination of food during breakfast, lunch and dinner. The meal plans and detailed recipes are provided in detail and all the ingredients are already in your pantry or are available at the local grocery.
