The Goal:

Weight loss, heart and brain health, cancer prevention and diabetes prevention and control.

The Promise:

You’ll lose weight, keep it off and avoid a host of chronic diseases.

The Driving Principle:

It is widely accepted that people living in countries around and near the Mediterranean Sea have longer lives and lesser health problems than their American counterparts. The reasons fo this are attributed to a diet high in nuts, produce and other healthy foods, and one which is low on saturated fats, red meat and sugar. An active lifestyle is also part of such good health.
